Structural RSJ Installation

A great project completed last week that changed a large living & dining room, and separate small kitchen into a cosey living room with separate kitchen & dining room.

By installing a structural RSJ following structural drawings and inspections we have opened up a small kitchen into an open plan, spacious kitchen/diner with many possibilities in the future. We completed all this work whilst still maintaining a spacious, cosey living room. The clients now ready for their brand new kitchen.

Structural RSJ Installation

This project was an installation of a structural RSJ. A very tricky job to complete due to sagging ceilings and 1st floor walls. After propping the building up we managed to remove the entire wall that separated two very small rooms and transformed them into one large open planned area.

Kitchen/Dining Room Knock Through

This week we completed a knockthrough from a small kitchen into a dining room. By simply removing the wall that separates the two rooms, the client now has a spacious, open plan area to install a large modern kitchen.

This project concerned a knock-through from a small living room to a small dining room. By simply removing the interior wall that separates the two rooms, the client now has a spacious open plan living area and dining room.

French Door & Window Switch

This project consisted of removing a large french door that was currently in a downstairs bedroom, and a window that was in a dining room. We simply removed and re-used the existing door into the new opening and installed a new window and bricked it up using bricks from the demolition. A great transformation for the home owner.
